What is your return policy?

We are always making sure  that your LuluBeds order will go smoothly and your little one will be in love with his/her bed immediately! Unfortunately we are just humans and so our couriers are therefore accidents do happen. In the event of requesting a refund or when there is something wrong with your order we will make sure that either a replacement of full refund will be offered.

Do you sell gift cards?

We have not got a gift vouchers at the moment, however please contact Lulubeds Customer Care team and we will be happy to assist you with making someone you love happy nad surprised with the best gift they could imagine.

What are the payment options?

We accept a card payment or Paypal.

How do I report a damaged item?

In the event of any of your ordere bed part is damaged, please follow the instructions:

  • As soon as you receive your package, check the packaging carefully.

  • If any of the parts are damaged, please let us know immidietely. Please take photographs of the damaged areas to assist with resolving the issue.

  • Notify customer service of damaged items within 24 hours of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for damage after this time frame has passed.
